Mobile Broadband Boost

December 4, 2008

Well a lot of us now are enjoying mobile broadband one of the best things is that you can go online anywhere you like. In fact I’ll be so bold as to say there’s quite a few of us who love it, but I think it’s also safe to say a lot of us would have had the irritating experience of a weak signal on a few occasions.

There’ s no doubt that most providers have improved their network coverage, but we all experience black spots where our 3g internet signal weakens or even drops out completely. Not surprisingly a solution has been offered to hopefully avoid this signal dropout problem by boosting your mobile broadband 3g signal by means of an Antenna. The antenna clips onto the screen of your laptop and plugs into or adjoins, by means of a universal adaptor, your mobile broadband dongle or data card. Antennas are available for all the UK operators, 3, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Virgin.

There you go, simple. Just use your dongle or data card as you normally would and you should now hopefully experience an increase in signal strength. Well that’s the theory; let’s hope it does what it says on the tin.
